Doug oversees all aspects of building operations and maintenance in order to create a comfortable, clean and safe shopping experience for our patrons. He develops procedures and policies for: Planned Preventative Maintenance Programs, Occupational Health and Safety Programs, Life Safety Programs, Energy Management Programs, Emergency Preparedness programs, and Environmental Programs.

Brent is responsible for managing all aspects of Lougheed Town Centre's security program. This includes: Life Safety Systems, Risk Management and Community Safety Initiatives (i.e. Youth Asset Network, representation on the Community Policing Advisory Council).

Colin VanKeith, Maintenance and HVAC Manager

Colin manages the maintenance, mall-attendant and food court staff to ensure the cleanliness of the shopping centre, both inside and outside. He is also responsible for the smooth running of the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning of the centre.
