Job Description:

The Guest Service Supervisor role is a full time position which provides leadership and support to the Guest Service Team while managing the day to day operations. We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual who is eager to grow their career with us.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Guest Service team and help with daily tasks including; greeting, gift wrap, issuing gift cards, coat and parcel check, strollers and wheelchair loans, covering breaks when needed
  • Manage day to day operations at the Guest Service desk including; Daily Cash, Weekly bank deposits, gift cards and desk inventory.
  • Answer guest questions, take feedback and follow up on guest issues
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager with monthly schedules and payroll
  • Assist with the hiring and interview process of new Guest Service team members
  • Facilitate on-boarding and train new team members
  • Lead Guest Service Monthly Meetings, attend quarterly tenant meetings
  • Participate in the planning of events and manage weekly programming at the Centre

Job Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, second language is an asset
  • Able to coach and give feedback when needed
  • Ability to adapt and change with ease
  • Decision making, Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility; this position may require you to work on evenings, weekends and holidays


Minimum 2 years guest service or customer service experience required.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Retail or Hospitality experience is an asset.
