Full Time

Responsible and accountable for managing all personnel, service, operational, and financial aspects of the shop, including sales results, customer satisfaction, audits, recruitment, and training and development. 

To be committed to establishing and maintaining high professional standards in the areas of sales performance, customer service, visual presentation, inventory management, health & safety, shop operations, and people management an development. The Shop Manager will demonstrate and uphold the commitment and vision of the company. 

Experience & Qualifications

– Demonstrate a genuine passion and/or training in current skincare and beauty trends

– Experience managing a customer service/retail environment

– highly resourceful, flexible, and proven ability to solve problems in a timely manner

– Thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape and the ability to translate findings to positively impact business

– Able to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
